多举措助力期刊新发展

文章以“中国科技期刊卓越行动计划梯队期刊项目”《植物生态学报（英文版）》（Journal of Plant Ecology）为案例，分析了期刊的基本情况，并从提高刊物的视觉效果、提高论文的可见性、 提高期刊的学术传播能力三方面阐述了该刊采取的一系列改革与创新举措，以期进一步提升期刊 的质量和影响力，并为其他科技期刊提供有益的借鉴。

Based on practice, this paper puts forward that book design should pay attention to the integrity, getting the unity of the form and the content; lay emphasis on the rationality, realizing the commonness and personality coordination;  attach  importance  to  the  humanization,  combining  the  artistry  and  practicability;  centralize  on  the creativity, transforming the traditional cultural elements into the modern aesthetic symbols creatively.
